Who Is Jesus?

Let me begin by saying that all the books in the world could not contain all that could be written about Jesus (John 21:25). Yet in Scripture, God has shown us who He is.

Jesus is the eternal Son of God. He was with God in the beginning, and He is God (John 1:1). He came into the world in human flesh, born of a virgin and made the Father known to us (John 1:14, 18).

Jesus is full of grace and truth. He is holy, compassionate, and faithful in all He does. He is the Good Shepherd, the Light of the World, and the King of kings.

He is not merely a teacher or a prophet. Jesus is Lord.

To know Jesus is to behold the heart of God.

“And He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.” ~ Colossians 1:17

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. ~ John 14:6
